Hungary with Kids

Museums, Markets and Castles!

We went to Budapest in the winter with kids. So many people warned us that it would be cold and that it’s not the best time to visit… We loved it! Hungary was one of our favorite places to visit with kids!

We loved the architecture, exploring the castles and museums. We ice skated, visited the Miniversum. a museum where they have detailed and decorated model layout featuring sights and landmarks from Budapest and Hungary (and some from Austria and Germany), and checked out the Budapest Eye. We went right after New Years, and still got to experience the Christmas Markets at St. Stephen’s Basilica.
